Dr. Rebecca Brook has extensive experience, and worked in the health industry for 13yrs since leaving her role as a Police Officer with SA Police. And what a complete career change it was!
Her lifelong interest in the human mind-body connection prompted her to move from her rewarding yet stressful, high intensity job, to one where she helps people in a more nurturing way.
Rebecca’s goal is to provide professional, supportive and effective treatments to all her patients who arrive at her clinic, from all walks of life.
She is passionate about enabling patients to give themselves “self-care”, and provides an open space for ongoing patient care. At home, Rebecca spends a lot of time in and on the water, and is an active mum to two boys. She weight trains at the gym 3-4 days a week, loves walks and hikes, and enjoys the odd wine too!
